We got our first "good" snow storm of the season this morning (even though Winter hasn't officially started yet).

It wasn't alot to make a snowman though. And most of it is already melting away...which is kind of okay because I want the roads to be clear by Sunday since I will be traveling down to Albuquerque.

A Very 95-ish Post

BGN has been busy these past few days...

On Saturday this weekend I was helping out with making "Bagolitos." These are little paper sacks filled with a small amount of sand and with a candle inside. We made some to line the streets in a part of town, something that we also did last year as well: Mystery Sloved!

Then on Sunday morning I got to go out and pick all of 1000 of them. After that, I went down to Rio Rancho to visit my sister at our new house. I actually went down to help clean and organize the place. My sister had all her things still in bags and boxes so I figured I'd come help and make the place look neat and tidy.

Though it still can use some work. xD

Even more Mail Time!

Today the mail lady dropped of the longest package I've ever received.

It was a long round tube, the sort of thing you would send posters or large prints in. Why, you could even use them to send wall scrolls...

xD I got this off ebay for my room at the new house I'm moving into.

It makes for some nice decor...even in a real estate office.

This will most likely be my new room at the house Me and my sister will be renting from our aunt and uncle in Rio Rancho, NM.

Its a nice little 3 BDR 2 Bath house thats in pretty good shape. The previous tenant moved out this week and they didn't have anyone in line to move in right away, and they would like to have someone in the house so they don't lose their insurance. So they asked my sister and me if we would move in. And well, we said "Sure!" xD

So now I have to figure out what am I going to be taking down there and what will be staying behind. xD

Decisions decisions...

Oh, and I'm gonna have to look for a new job. D :

Last night around 11pm our house got attacked by some renegade artists. xD

At first I thought it was eggs that were hitting our sunroom windows. When I went outside this morning I found it was actually paint and not egg.

At least its not a tag by the local gangs. And its pink too! So its a little pretty. xD

Wrap it up

Just a few minutes ago I finished wrapping some birthday presents. Its m my mom's birthday tomorrow and so I wanted to get this done today and out of the way. I got her a t-shirt, a Domo toy, and Sequence tail lights for her Mustang.

I never could wrap presents. xD I spent a good hour on these and still managed to do a very bad job. xD I just hope they last till tomorrow.

THUNDER!

Today BGN went to a Realtor's Convention at the Buffalo Thunder Resort in Pojoaque, NM.

This wasn't a very big convention. Around 200 Realtor members from around the state attended so far (200 out of 6,000 members in the entire state). There wasn't much for me to do since I'm not a Realtor myself....I'm just an "assistant." xD I just went along to help my Grandmother (who is a Realtor) and my aunt who works at the state realtor's office. So while I was there I wondered around the hotel and took some pics.

-Buffalo Thunder is the Pueblo of Pojoaque's 3rd Casino....the THIRD ONE! xD Theres 2 other-older casinos that were built before this one. The other two are the ones the locals go to while this one, which is described as being in Santa Fe when its actually about 20 miles north of it, is more aimed for the tourists.

I also made the mistake of going into the gift-shop too. xDDD I bought a cute little fuzzy "bison" that I totally didn't need. I decided to call him "Thunder" after the name of the resort (kinda cheesy but oh well xD)

Or that's the date on my little alarm clock. A few years ago I bought this cool little clock that looks like a mini iMac G3. It kept me right on time, until recently that is. A month or so ago it reset itself, starting back at Jan. 1st, 1999. I don't know if 2010 was as fair as it could go or it just had a freak out, either way I decided not to set it back to the current date. (fun fact: its roughly 84° F during the day in my room xD ugh. toooo hot!)

This here is a Gene doll my dear sweet Mother got off ebay (we're a family of ebay freaks xD). She has a little collection of Gene Dolls thats been growing over the years. These aren't your regular Barbie dolls, they are very "High Class" dolls and aren't meant to be played with, which is kinda sad because I could really take a lot of funny and inappropriate pics with them xD.

Even as I took these my mom was watching me...cautiously. xD

Gone Shopping

Well, I don't really have any new art to show so I'll just show you all what I bought yesterday! xD

I went on a little shopping spree yesterday since I figured I won't be buying a new computer anytime soon (see my journal on FA) so I bought me a few things. I bought a new grey shirt, two toy cars, and a lion.

I bought the race truck official from Cars (who I've been dying to have ever since the movie came out) and a mini Ironhide from Transformers. ( I have major hots for him xD I expect to have some very saucy pics of Ironhide soon xDDD)

I also bought a lion. I have to blame my sister for making me buy it. xD (she went along with me yesterday). He was too cute to pass up, and for only $10 how could I not get him? I've decided to call him "Huxley" (after a another lion named Huxley ;D wink wink)

Crazy Train!

Today BGN went on a Train ride!

BGN and his little brother took a ride on the New Mexico Rail-Runner. The Rail-Runner is a passenger train that runs from Santa Fe to Belen, while making stops in between like Albuquerque and Bernalillo.

The train has an interesting path in some parts. When coming out of Santa Fe it runs right down the middle of Interstate 25. Its fun to watch all the cars you pass cuz some people will wave at you.
