Scene's from home

So BGN went back home to Espanola yesterday.

I went up for my little brother's birthday and to have my car worked on. I stayed for the night so I got to sleep in my old bedroom once more! :D It hasn't changed to much other than its a tiny-tiny bit cleaner xD

Sill got lots of toys all over the place. I wanted to bring some of them with me but I couldn't decide which ones I wanted (because they are all too AWESOME xD Todd McFarlane has the best toys with the best bulges! xD) I ended up taking some Angemon toys with me of all things. What the hell was a I thinking? D:

Oh well, they'll still be there the next time I come up.

Speaking of things that are still there in my room, this bug! xD Ever since I moved into my room (about 6 years ago) this bug (or type of bug) has been in there. I don't know what type of bug it is or why it likes my room so much but it was nice to see him again. xD

And before I left for my home back in Rio Rancho I got to drive my mom's Mustang to get some lunch. I forgot she had a My Little Pony toy hanging from the mirror! xD I think my mom was a brony before I was! xD

Also, last night I had a dream....and Todex was in it.

I don't think I'll be able to sleep anymore. xD

A Very APPLEOOSA Post

So today I went to meet my sister Amy for lunch. We had some time to kill before she went back to work so we went over to Toys R' Us....which we never should have done. xD

We came out with toys oddly enough. Amy got a cute fuzzy owl and I got a horse. Later in the day I started to think...."I should get him a little cowboy hat...he could be Braeburn!" :D

And one trip to Hobby Lobby later....

...I have an unofficial Braeburn toy! :D

I was going to work on it myself but Amy took over (she was having too much fun)

So now we are trying to decide who we should make next. All we know is we're going back to Toys R' Us tomorrow to look for more horses. xD

A Very Wintry Post

Its winter time in New Mexico!

This past weekend a big snowstorm dumped a whole bunch of snow across New Mexico, causing a whole bunch of problems for a whole bunch of people. xD Luckily not for me, I just stayed home and played out in the snow (Me and my sister made a Reindeer snowman in the front yard) and worked on some artwork too.

First off is a rough draft of a new page to my "New Message" comic. Hopefully I'll have it finished before the year is over. xD And below is another page, or a side story, that sort of connects to the page up above.

Quit my job at Sitel

BGN quit his job at Sitel today.

I was a reservation specialist for Choice Hotels at Sitel for 3 months (that won't look good on my resume xD). The reason I quit was (1) I wasn't very happy there, kinda stressful job...and (2) I was about to be forced out of Choice Hotels and into a new campaign.

Sitel got a contract with Walmart to start a customer support center for their website, so they needed people for this new campaign and started offering jobs to people already working at Sitel about a month or so ago. I wasn't interested in it so I didn't put a application in. Now, just last week I got word that they still needed 3 more people to be in Walmart's campaign and so they would start pulling people out of other campaigns at Sitel (Choice, Starbucks and DirectTV all have customer support campaigns here), regardless if you wanted to stay where you were at or not.

And I got picked.

I did not want to be moved out of Choice Hotels. I was happy (sort of xD) where I was and I really didn't want to be moved. I figured I would be able to to say "Hey, thanks but no thanks," but nope, I didn't have any say in the matter and today when they had me come in and sign a new application letter with HR I told them what I thought about it. So I quit.

I wasn't planning on staying at Sitel for very long but I didn't think I would be leaving this early.

So it looks like we won't be seeing anymore "Sketches made at Work" for a while xD

Below is one of the two last sketches I made at Sitel. I doodled them yesterday actually.

First one is of Jumeiras with my new Werewolf character (Biggens is there on the side of him). This is an idea for a Halloween pic for Ygal. Second one was of Rex being Rex.

I'm gonna try to go relax before I have to go back on a job-hunting quest. xD
